They had accelerating demand for their Internet hosting skills for the in-house secure hosting of sensitive government department web sites. The web server farm had evolved quickly to meet demand and had a need for an assessment of the next steps to ensure that the configuration meets with government security requirements for the hosting of certain high-profile websites. Onsite for three days to assess the applications running on the existing infrastructure. Widespread consultation over this period between software, support and design functions operating the data centre to evolve an initial plan for strategic change to meet the new security requirement.
